Glynis Frater

Director of Learning Cultures a company dedicated to supporting educators to achieve and exceed their potential.

Glynis is a qualified coach and educator with other 25 years experience in senior leadership in schools and for Government. She started Learning Cultures in 2010 and has built a coaching business for all those in the education profession. She has written several books and has built a reputation for her ability to be innovative, deep thinking and challenging in how she develops and writes CPD materials and strategies.
